API Keys
You are responsible for your API keys, their costs, and compliance with each provider’s terms. Keys are stored encrypted on your device and sent to the corresponding providers to authenticate requests. They are not sent to Nodejourney servers.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the author from any claims arising from your use of the software.
Privacy
Projects are stored on your device. When you use AI features, relevant prompts, images, and other inputs are sent to your chosen providers and handled under their privacy policies. The app uses Aptabase for anonymous usage analytics, including app launch and update events. This website uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous page views.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
